Bio
Personality: Aerith is highly upbeat and cheerful. She has a tendency to take on cheering up others, as seen a few times in Final fantasy 7. She is a bit of a damsel in distress and has been seen being saved multiple times in the first game she was in. Aerith still maintains that she can take care of herself. She admits later to Cloud that she considers herself to be alone in the world. In the past she was romantically involved with Zack Fair and later seemed to have some romantic feelings for Cloud Strife. Though whether he truly felt the same for her is up for debate. Aerith in general is very flirtatious and outgoing. She is generally seen smiling, even if she herself is having a bad day.
How Your Character Got to Malaise House (keep in mind Malaise is an AU):
Aerith was born to Ilfalna and Professor Gast. When she was young both of her parents died and she was adopted by Elmyra Gainsborough. Even though she is adopted, she still considers Elmyra to be her mother. While growing up, Aerith has always been a bit more spiritual then other children. This often caused her to receive attention she didn’t want, namely from Shinra’s Turks. She was able to avoid being taken in anywhere each time.
As she grew older she became romantically involved with Zack Fair. He was her first love and after he disappeared she never truly stopped loving him, even though she felt hurt by his sudden disappearance. During this time she was afraid of SOLDIER until she had met him. Not long after he disappeared, Aerith hired Cloud as a body guard for a while, to protect herself from the Turks. During this time she was going to school and got her nursing degree. She had always loved to help people and she thought it was the perfect job for her. Then Cloud disappeared as well. With no way to contact him, Aerith continued her schooling until she got her physicians degree. After this she ironically sent in an application to Malaise house.
